Why do I order on Instagram or WhatsApp?
Many of our collectibles are limited, pre-ordered or sourced on request, so we confirm the price and availability with you personally first. This way you never pay for something that isn't available.
How do pre-orders work?
You pay a non-refundable deposit to reserve the item. We let you know when it's released and collect the balance before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 30–45 days. Reissue and pre-order items follow the time frame shown at the time of order.
How do I know where my order is?
We email you every time your order moves to a new stage, and send a tracking number once it's with the courier. You can also check on our Track your order page.
